Mascaro can self-perform multiple aspects of a construction project from excavation to the installation of miscellaneous specialties and equipment. Below is a complete list of our self-performance capabilities.

Whenever applicable, we do self-performance work. On a building project, we typically self-perform about 30 percent of the work. On heavy, highway, and industrial work, we self-perform approximately 70 percent of our work scope.
By having the equipment, manpower, and knowledge to perform specific scopes of work, we can provide greater accuracy in our estimates and in our ability to plan a project, whether we self-perform the work or subcontract it.
