Project Details
Gutting of the single-story tenant space created clinical areas for the Center for Rehab Services (physical and occupational therapies), Lindenbaum, Perryman & Associates (internal medicine, x-ray, lab/medicine), and Quest Diagnostics. The space includes four treatment rooms, physical therapy area, 13 exam rooms, five doctors’ offices, a staff lounge and locker area, nurses’ stations, several workstations, a kitchenette, a conference room, and two waiting rooms.
