Project Details
Renovation of the fourth-floor laboratory was classified as a Level 4 ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment), requiring the highest level of dust mitigation achievable inside a medical facility due to the sensitive experiments that were being performed in other areas of the occupied seven-story medical research building. The project involved significant upgrades to the MEP and fire protection systems, as well as extensive manufactured laboratory casework replacement and installation. The renovation provided new lab spaces, offices, fume hoods, medical gas systems, and all new finishes to flooring and ceilings.
