Project Details
Amos and Bruce Halls are buildings in the Schenley Quad that were originally the Schenley Apartments. Amos Hall traditionally houses all the sororities at the University. Renovations included the installation of new MEP systems, including the installation of a Whalen A/C unit in each of the rooms. Each of the nine floors has nine bedrooms, five bathrooms, large kitchen, laundry room, living room, sitting room, chapter room, and powder room.
A major portion of the scope for Bruce Hall was the replacement of outdated MEP systems that included replacement of the original storm and sanitary piping infrastructure to meet current code requirements. The rooms received all new finishes, and significant existing finishes were restored.
