Project Details

This project involved office renovations within a six-story building and included interior demolition and full renovation of the third and fifth floors to provide new flooring, flexible workstations, demountable wall partitions, restrooms, and upgrades to the existing MEP, building controls, and fire protection systems. The project scope also included new windows, minor exterior masonry repairs, and limited upgrades to lighting and construction of two toilet and shower rooms on the fourth floor.
