Project Details
The former American Equipment Co. warehouse on Penn Avenue in the Strip District was converted into the climate-controlled storage space for the Senator John Heinz History Center. Preconstruction and construction services were provided to manage the work including restoring the exterior façade, upgrading the concrete interior, installing a freight elevator, and installing new MEP systems that meet museum preservation standards for light and humidity requirements.
