Project Details
The Penn Avenue project involved the renovation of four buildings in the historic, cultural district of Pittsburgh. Joined at the common wall, an atrium rises from the third level to the roof to connect the buildings and create a new hotel. The hotel is a 182-room Courtyard by Marriott that includes three meeting rooms, 80 parking stalls, a first floor restaurant, and a fitness center.
