Project Details

The new 4-story Highmark Health & Wellness Center will combine the University Health Services (UHS) department, Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS), Wellness and Religious & Spiritual Services, and various aspects of the University’s Division-III Athletics programs under one roof. The new facility is to be located on the site of the current Skibo Gym, North Gym, and Thistle Hall - only the Skibo Gym will be retained. The mechanical penthouse will be on level 4B of the building. In addition to the 4-story structure, an underground utility tunnel will be constructed below the lowest level of the building.
