Project Details
The utilities extension ran along Locust, Marion, and Pride Streets. The scope includes the installation of three 4160V 2.5Mw diesel generators supplying emergency power, three 2,750 ton chillers supplying chilled water, three 50,000 lb/hr steam boiler systems supplying heating, a three-cell cooling tower, two 7.5 MVA transformers, insulated metal panels, masonry exterior, and drilled caisson foundations.
