POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

Mascaro is seeking a Project Engineer that is passionate for construction in the Western Pennsylvania region (or within a 6-hour radius at one of our exciting projects). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of a project from inception to completion by meeting or exceeding goals for safety, quality, profitability, and schedule, resulting in extreme customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to all planning, organizing, and controlling of coordination activities, establishment and maintenance of project schedules and post-project activities. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred, or a technical college degree with a minimum of two years’ field and estimating experience
  • Experience with self-performing heavy/industrial construction or contracting work preferred, but not required
  • Ability to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on project needs
  • Comfortable to work in both an office and on-site construction project environment
  • Proficient in computers, experience with construction software preferred
  • Aptitude to work as a team player with strong planning and organizational skills
